Hi, I am

After founding, building, and selling Fielding Systems to Quorum Software, I joined the Quorum executive team and experienced firsthand how challenging new technology can be even for a technology company such as Quorum. I have also invested and advised startups and too found there is a scarcity of resources available today to meet the demand for technology, increasing the probability of failure caused by unknown, unknowns.
We are witness to exciting times for startups and mature businesses alike where technology has become the differentiator. If you miss a strategic opportunity, you may not get another chance. First movers have an advantage because of the essential learnings and experience that gets operationalized on each iteration.

The company I founded that delivered the world’s first solution for the oil and gas industry in the cloud (Azure) and native mobile applications (Android, iOS). Fielding’s data capture and analytics platform gathered data electronically from people in the form of mobile tablet applications designed for field workers and IoT/SCADA services that gathered data from devices and sensors. All data was centralized on the cloud where it was used for reporting, performance optimization, alarming, and notifications. The company grew to 14 employees and 80 customers when acquired in 2015 by Quorum Software.
This is where I started my professional consulting career developing enterprise applications on the Microsoft stack (.NET, SQL Server) technologies for several Fortune 500 clients as a means of getting exposed to a lot of different technologies, industries, and organizations to prepare me for when I started my own company. Tallan provided plenty of these learning experiences as I grew from
A secondary benefit of my time at Tallen was being able to work across multiple industries, adding depth to my domain expertise in healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. I ultimately left the company to pursue the founding of my first company, Fielding Systems.
